Gentle Release Therapy

Gentle Release Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive treatment designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation and a greater sense of physical and emotional balance.

Using light, intentional techniques, treatments work with areas of the body including the abdomen, head and spine, helping to encourage relaxation, ease tension and support the body’s natural ability to unwind and reset. Where appropriate, gentle lymphatic and endocrine support techniques may also be included as part of your individual treatment.

This approach is carried out at your body’s pace, creating a calm and supportive space where you can fully switch off and allow your system to settle.

Many clients find Gentle Release Therapy particularly beneficial during times of stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, fatigue or when feeling out of balance, as well as when simply needing space to rest and restore.

Gentle Release Therapy Vagus Nerve Support

The GRT Vagus Nerve Treatment Protocol combines Gentle Release Therapy with more advanced nervous system techniques, including vagus nerve support, nervous system regulation, brain-based release work and HPA axis balancing.

This structured approach is divided into four in-depth stages, usually carried out over four treatment sessions of up to two hours each. Sessions are spaced approximately 2–3 weeks apart to allow time for integration and for the body to process the work between appointments.

To support the full therapeutic progression, this programme is booked as a complete block of four sessions. These treatments are designed to gently support nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing, helping you feel more grounded, settled and restored.
