MASSAGE TREATMENTS
Bespoke massage treatments are completely tailored to your needs; some people may benefit from a full body massage whereas others may need more emphasis on particular areas of tension, such as back, neck and shoulders. A range of massage techniques will be used in your treatment, including therapeutic, deep tissue, Indian head massage and Japanese facial techniques as required.
Specialist appointments are available for pregnancy, postnatal, oncology, Indian head massage, abdominal massage (for digestion and fertility) and facial rejuvenation. Massage appointments are 45 minutes, which can be extended by adding extra time or combining with reflexology as part of the booking process.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
The aim of Indian head massage is to release tension accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. It is especially good for relieving stress, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraines and sinusitis. Appointments include massage of the back, neck, shoulders, scalp and face.

ABDOMINAL MASSAGE
Abdominal massage will not only relax and soothe, but can also have a positive influence on digestive, menstrual, fertility and menopause issues, as well as supporting the structural integrity of the pelvis and assisting with detoxification of the abdominal organs. Includes acupressure points for menstrual, fertility and menopause support where appropriate.

POSTNATAL MASSAGE
A postnatal treatment tailored to your needs, including therapeutic massage, deep tissue techniques and reflexology where appropriate. If you'd feel more comfortable bringing your baby along you are more than welcome; the aim is to make you feel as relaxed as possible, and whether that is alone or with your little one is entirely up to you.

FACIAL REJUVENATION (NATURAL FACELIFT MASSAGE)
Natural facelift massage incorporates a blend of techniques from Japanese and Indian facial massage, as well as acupressure and facial reflexology. Treatment is designed to combat tension in the face, head and neck, boost circulation, improve the complexion, remove toxins, and prevent and reduce wrinkles, fine lines and puffiness.

ONCOLOGY MASSAGE
Oncology massage can provide a supportive and relaxing space in an otherwise difficult time for both patient and carers. My role as a therapist is to support the person; to reduce stress, alleviate anxiety and improve quality of life. It is a gentle massage treatment, and can be adapted where required.
Massage and reflexology are often used alongside conventional care in hospices, hospitals, and other health care settings, and I have undertaken specialist professional training in this area.
