TINY TOES REFLEXAGE™

Tiny Toes Reflexage™ baby massage and reflexology techniques can be used by parents to connect with, calm and soothe their babies. Techniques are taught via one to one parent workshops or group classes, and as part of the course parents are taught techniques to help with comfort, sleep, colic, digestive issues, teething, coughs and colds. Babies also receive a tailored mini reflexology treatment each session, and handouts are given to help parents use the techniques at home.

Parent workshops are individual, one to one classes which can be attended by one or both parents, covering your choice of the following modules:

• Comfort and sleep

• Digestion and colic

• Teething, coughs and colds

• Full body massage, including reassurance, comfort and sleep and digestion massage techniques (no reflexology in this module).

Two modules can be covered per workshop (to be chosen at time of booking). One workshop session is £40, two workshop sessions (covering all the listed topics above) are £70. Booking link is below.

Group classes run with two or more parents/babies; if you are a group of friends with two or more parents/babies, you can book your own course at times to suit your group.

For two parents/babies, the course content is as above and will be delivered over two weeks, priced at £60 per baby (twins/multiples free of charge), including a weekly treatment for each baby.

For three or more parents/babies, the course content is as above and will be delivered over three weeks, priced at £50 per baby (twins/multiples free of charge), including a weekly mini treatment for each baby.

As part of my reflexology practice I also treat babies and children; these appointments can also be booked online. Appointments are approximately 30 minutes, including around 20 minutes treatment time, and are £25.
